Heo Myung-haeng is the director of the upcoming dystopian action movie Badland Hunters, which is being produced by Big Punch Pictures, Nova Film, and Climax Studio in South Korea. Starring in the film are Don Lee, An Ji-hye, Park Ji-hun, Jang Young-nam, Park Hyo-joon, Seong Byeong-suk, Jeong Young-ju, Lee Hee-jun, Lee Jun-young, and Roh Jeong-eui.
The movie, a follow-up to the 2023 release Concrete Utopia, picks up after the earthquake that turns Seoul into a post-apocalyptic wasteland where everything has crumbled, including law and order and civilization.
The film, which is a Netflix original production, will be accessible for streaming on the platform starting January 26, 2024.
